About the project

Higher cognitive functions that enable goal-oriented behavior are indispensable for normal living. However, impairments of these functions are related to many neurological and psychiatric conditions (i.e. ADHD). The development of innovative training methods improving their functioning has thus become an urgent research focus in the current clinical field. Here we present a fusion of neurofeedback and brain-computer interfaces technologies to create enhanced nowel approach in patients treatment.

Why science?

After finishing my PhD studies I would like to continue in postdoctoral training to become an independent investigator in the field of neuroscience. My goal is to build up strong network with domestic and foreign researchers which is the keystone of modern research.

What do I like most about Brno

I like that Brno is an university city which offers learning and working opportunities in almost every field.
