About the project
Cell specificity in delivery of gene therapy is a major problem that has not been solved to date. The field of nanomedicine has been proved to be efficient in delivery of various therapeutic molecules. In my project I will be using advanced intelligent materials for selective, cell-specific transport of gene editing tools.
Why science?
After finishing my PhD I would like to gain some more experience abroad and then lead a research group in Brno with the focus on gene therapy.
What do I like most about Brno
Brno has a very unique friendly vibe that you won't find anywhere else in the Czech Republic. And that is the reason why I chose to go back to Brno after finishing my studies in Germany
