Nowadays multiple typing methods are capable of distinguishing between bacteria strains. However, a majority of these methods are expensive, time-consuming and resolution power is low. Therefore, I propose a new methodology for finding new genetic markers based on genomic signals processing methods. Newly identified genetic markers will be used in minim typing for better discrimination of bacteria population in University Hospital Brno.
