Electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) is a widely spread, popular and highly effcient area of material research science. However, concerning spin dynamics and relaxation mechanisms, the conventional continuous and pulsed wave regimes have been limited by the technological level of instrumentation, especially at high-frequency ranges. In this proposal we present a novel experimental method in the area of EPR which allows us to easily surpass the technological limitations of conventional EPR and to access key physical properties relevant to modern quantum applications.
