One of the greatest enigmas of biology is how the shape diversity is defined and controlled during the growth. Defects in cellular processes can lead to congenital disorders. To describe these processes in detail, the use of strong imaging techniques is required. X-ray computed microtomography is one of the convenient methods for 3D imaging. Here, I would like to develop methodology based on theoretical and experimental work in order to perform quantitative analysis on biological samples.
