The aim of the project is to use mass spectrometry for identification of proteins on the surface of cancer cells that are important for cancer progression, metastasis and interactions with tumor microenvironment and immune cells and therefore are potential drug targets. CRISPR/Cas9 gene editing technology, measurement of cell migration and invasion and identification of selected proteins in clinical material will be used for evaluation of obtained results.
