20. 8. 2010 upcoming deadline

We would like to inform all applicants that deadline for submitting applications to the 2nd Call is Wednesday, 25th August, 12pm Brno local time.

Whe the application is in the "Complete" status, remember to submit your application by clicking at "Submit application". The application may be re-submitted any time before the deadline. The latest one is considered to be the final version and all preceding ones are deleted.

No further updates will be possible after the deadline without any exception.

11. 08. 2010 When drafting your application, please pay special attention to the two follwomg issues:

1) Please make sure that the “Authorised representative” in the A2 part of the Application is the correct person. Authorized representative is a person authorized to act on behalf of the beneficiary. It can be a different person depending on the type of the host institution, however in case of universities it is usually the rector. Please note that Authorized representative’s signature is also required on the “Declaration of readiness” (Part C of the Application).

2) “Part A3 – Researcher” requires information about Place of activity / place of residence (previous 5 years) – You are required to indicate the period(s) and the country/countries in which you have legally resided and/or had your main activity (work, studies….) during the last 5 years (or more if relevant) up until the deadline for the submission of the proposal. Reintegration grants – the requested period might be longer than 5 years in case the researcher’s stay in a third country started prior to this period of 5 years.

Please make sure the periods cover the whole period required, concur on each other and there are no time gaps in between. I.e. stays in your home country should be also mentioned.

It is important for you that both information (“Authorised representative” and “Place of activity / place of residence (previous 5 years)” ) is full and correct. Otherwise your application may be considered ineligible and so it will not to be proceeded to the scientific evaluation.

Please note that even you have submitted your application already, changes/correction still may be done in the electronic system before the deadline. Just please remember to re-submit your application after completing the new version of the application.

The deadline for submitting applications is Wednesday 25th August 2010, 24:00 Brno local time.
