APPLICATION FOR SCHOLARSHIP
The application for scholarship for the academic year 2012/2013 can be submitted from 1st December 2011 till 30th January 2012.
To apply it is necessary to submit on-line scholarship application form
Detailed information is provided in the guidebook for applicants.
Additionally should be sent by regular post following: (applicants, who finish their studies in the year of applying for scholarship, deliver the documents mentioned below only as soon as they finish their studie and recieve the diploma, latest within July 2012. Applicants, who have already finished and have a diploma, should deliver documents latest till 30th May 2012).
- Notary verified copy of your diploma and diploma translation by a certified translator into Czech or English language according to country of origin and a university.
- Diploma transcript (list of the subjects passed during the study) and its translation by a certified translator into Czech or English language according to country of origin and a university.
- A form for diploma recognition (ask the project manager of the program or directly on websites of particular universities.
If an applicant graduates in spring of the same year when the scholarship application is submitted, they upload in the on-line application only confirmation from their home university about expected date of graduation.
ATTN.: Applicants, who already have diploma nostrification, should upload in their on-line application a copy of diploma nostrification, diploma and transcript, however they dont need to send any more original documents per regular post!
